Cancellation Policy
The AI Reputation Starter is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. This policy explains how to cancel an order you have already paid for.
Before work starts: full refund
You can cancel at any time before you submit your profile brief. Because no work has started, you receive a full refund.
After you submit your brief
Once you submit your brief, our PR team starts writing your profile and an order can no longer be cancelled for a refund, except in the cases listed in our Refund Policy, for example if we miss our delivery timelines or cannot publish your profile.
You stay in control: nothing is published until you approve the draft, and you can ask for reasonable revisions before you do.
After publication
Once your approved profile is live, the order is complete and cannot be cancelled. Publications generally do not allow published articles to be removed.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if the content requested is false, misleading, unlawful or against a publication's policies. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
How to cancel
Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID and the email address you paid with. We confirm cancellations within 1 business day, and refunds are paid as set out in our Refund Policy.
