These terms govern your purchase and use of services from StoryBizz Media (“StoryBizz”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you pay.

1. Our services

StoryBizz writes and publishes professional profile articles (“AI profiles”) about individuals and businesses. The AI Reputation Starter includes:

  • One profile article of 600–800 words, written by our PR team from the brief you submit.
  • Answers to 3–5 questions people commonly ask about you, your photo, and links to your website and social profiles.
  • Publication on a third-party news website, typically within 3–5 days of your draft approval.
  • A live link you can share, and an AI reputation report showing what Google and AI tools display about you once the profile is live.

Articles are published as contributed or brand content on partner publications and are subject to each publication's editorial policies. We guarantee the article, its publication and the report. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, what Google, ChatGPT or any other search or AI platform shows in response to a query.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices on this website are in US dollars (USD). The AI Reputation Starter is a one-time payment of $99 USD. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.
  • If your card is issued in a currency other than USD, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Those charges are outside our control.
  • Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured.

3. Your brief and approvals

  • After payment you will receive a link to a short brief. Work begins once you submit it.
  • We send you a draft for review. You can request reasonable revisions. Nothing is published until you approve it.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for having the right to share any photos, logos or material you provide.
  • We may decline or edit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringes third-party rights or breaks a publication's policies.

4. Delivery timelines

Timelines run from the date you approve your draft. Delays caused by a late brief, late approval or missing information extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Intellectual property

Once published, you may freely share, link to and quote your article. The publishing website controls the published page itself, and its content can typically not be removed or substantially changed after it goes live.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or opportunities, or for how third-party publications, search engines or AI platforms present information about you.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
